Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to regions such as Cambodia, China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam. Customers from other regions, please contact us via E-Mail: [email protected].

How much does the shipping cost?

For local order, free shipping upon spending HKD300 or above. For orders under HK$300, shipping fee is HKD30.

For international order, shipping cost depends on weight, volume and destination, which will be calculated and added to your total during checkout.

Which deliver service provider do you use?

For orders delivered within Hong Kong, we use SF, which you can choose your orders to be sent to either your shipping address or EF lockers. For the codes, please refer to EF Locker List (link).

For orders delivered outside Hong Kong, you can choose between Hong Kong Post and SF.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Since we only roast to order to ensure the coffee’s freshness when it comes to your hand, for local orders, it requires up to 12 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded) for the freshly roasted coffee to be delivered after confirmation E-Mail has been sent, while 14 business days for international orders.

Can I pick up my order in one of your stores?

Store pick-up service is not available for online orders.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order requirement.

Can I make changes after the order has been made?

Please note that no changes of order can be made once the order has been confirmed. If you have any special requests, please contact us via E-Mail: [email protected].

How can I track my order?

Please login to check order status. Once the order has been dispatched, tracking number will be provided in order status.

Do I receive any confirmation E-Mail after the order is made?

Yes. E-Mail will be sent to the E-Mail used for registration.

Roasting & Brewing

How do you roast your coffee?

Our roasting program is formulated by world class judges, coffee graders and competition baristas. We roast our coffee in a lighter style which preserves the natural flavours of coffee better than traditional dark roast coffee. Thus, with the taste of coffee, we can distinguish its origin or even its farm.

How do you guarantee freshness?

We only roast to order to ensure its freshness when it comes to the hands of our customers. Apart from this, coffee is packed in nitrogen flushed and vacuum-sealed bags immediately after roasting to preserves freshness and prolongs the shelf life of the roasted coffee.

Do you offer ground coffee?

We recommend the coffee beans to be ground just before brewing, so as to preserve the best quality of the coffee. Yet, we also offer grinding service. Please choose ground coffee instead of whole coffee bean when you add the item to the cart.

How should I store my coffee?

All our coffee bags have a one-sided valve and a zip-seal, so the beans can breathe out and no oxygen is getting in. Please store the coffee at a cool and dry place, but not in a refrigerator. Or in a humidor cabinet for wine or cigar.

How long can I keep the coffee?

The best before for our coffee would be within 3 months after the roast date which is stated on the coffee bag. And enjoy the coffee within 3-4 weeks for full flavour experience, once the bag is opened.

Do you offer Decaf?

Currently no Decaf is sold at our stores.

Can I exchange the item I purchased online at one of your stores?

Items purchased online cannot be exchanged at our cafés.

What if there is something wrong with my order?

If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website, please contact us via E-Mail: [email protected] and we will follow up at the earliest possible time.

Items to be returned must be in original new condition including all original packaging.
