For this collaboration, we have selected two naturally processed coffees from Ethiopia and Brazil. This processing method is great for producing this type of sweeter, bolder coffee, and also serves as a showcase of how traditional methods together with modern finetuning can yield great tasting coffees while minimizing energy and water use from non-sustainable sources.
